Church Family Group Rental Contract
LEASER Agrees to the following:
Give use to facilities and designated areas as identified in the contract.
The use of recreational equipment owned by CAMICOG: Canoes, Paddle Boats, dock.
Bedding and linens will be provided for the Guest Cottages only.
LESSEE Agrees to the following:
Adjust its insurance contract to extend liability coverage for its stay on the grounds. (This eliminates CAMICOG’s insurance policy involvement due to Lessee negligence.)
Lessee is responsible for any damage to the property caused by abuse or neglect.
Cleaning of the grounds, facilities, and designated areas reserved in the contract are required to keep our rates low to provide more people an opportunity to be blessed. Please follow checklist provided to guide you through this process. Failure to meet cleaning guidelines will result in a 10% cleaning fee assessed to lessee. Follow checkout sheet provided in each area.
No PETS are allowed on the grounds.
Require all users to refrain from smoking, use of alcoholic beverages, littering and vandalism.
Provide own bedding (excludes guest cottages) and personal items.
Any remaining facilities not rented at the time camp is reserved, may be rented to other guests. Please respect other groups and stay in designated areas.
Signed Lessee is expected to ensure all users are aware of Camp rules and expectations as stated above.
Rental Rates and Fees
Nelson Brothers Guest Cottage Rates
$150.00 For each Guest Cottage upper unit per night. (up to 4 people)
($135 October- April)$100.00 For each Guest Cottage lower unit per night. (up to 4 people)
($90 October- April)Minimum two-night stay per guest cottage rental
Additional people $20.00 per night per person, children under 5 are free
Pinewood Lodge
$750 per night, Minimum two-night stay
($500 October-April)
Campsites with Water & Electric Hookups (Self-contained Units)
$40.00 per night
Deposits
Non-Refundable Deposits required at the time of reservation.
Deposit to be subtracted from final bill, and will be billed based on rental reservation.
